Dear Tom,

We purchased an underground fence for our dogs in October 07 from Pet Stop. We have two large dogs and need for them to be fenced in. Within 4 months of installation, the batteries were already dead which enabled our dogs to roam. Unfortunately, we had to get rid of one dog due to this incident. It was always difficult to get batteries as seemingly they were dying every 3 or 4 months. The only place to purchase these batteries was from the dealer; this made it even more difficult. I called DogWatch on a Sunday by mistake trying to get batteries. I was so impressed by their willingness to help with something that they did not even install, and even more that they answered the phone on a Sunday. Thanks DogWatch for the great service. The features on the DogWatch System far exceed those of the Pet Stop System. Had we installed DogWatch from the beginning we could have possibly kept our first dog.

I wanted to tell you again how pleased we are with our DogWatch system. I've been telling all my neighbors how nice it is to just let Ginnie out whenever she wants, knowing she won't run off or bother the neighbors. People that aren't aware of the system think she's the smartest dog in the world because she'll run to within ten feet of the street and just stand there wagging her tail.
As you know, we had the other system with our last dog, but the DogWatch is miles ahead in features. And I can't begin to tell you how much better your customer service is. It's obvious you care about making and keeping your customers happy.

Dear Tom and Kristin -

I installed a Dogwatch Invisible Fence about 8 months ago. At that time my dogs, 2 Dobermans and 1 rottweiler, were not quite a year old. I live on a very busy street, where the traffic consistently passes at 45 - 50 miles an hour. After only 2 days, my dogs where very much aware of their boundaries, and have been able to have the freedom to run and play as a large dog needs.

I have been very pleased with the Dogwatch System, my rottweiller is very stubborn and extremely strong, but has never challenged the fence or broken through. I cannot tell you how satisfied I am with the Dogwatch system, and would highly recommend it to anyone. All my dogs of course have their own personalities, and behavior tics, but I feel confident that my dogs are safe when out with their collars.

We're so glad we had Dogwatch SE put in our Hidden Fence System - our lab loved to run away as soon as he got outside, but since we've put in the fence, he hasn't left our property once......not even when other dogs come by. The system has never given us a problem and when we did call for a new battery or questions regarding training, Tom and Kristin's response was always prompt and professional. They were also very patient and gave us the encouragement we needed with the initial training. We liked our system so much, we recommended it to our neighbors who have two dogs, one which we thought would never stay on his property , but it works great for them now as well. Mike and I are so pleased with the Hidden Fence System from Dog Watch SE. The Fence combined with great service made the experience so satisfying. We were really worried about our Gigi, as she is so active, and chases everything. Thought for sure she’d go through it. But, both Gigi and her sister Sydney are doing so great! They get so much exercise and love the freedom to run and play, and chase to a certain point. By the end of the day they are so exhausted and ready to relax.
