Dear Tom and Kristin

We're so glad we had Dogwatch SE put in our Hidden Fence System - our lab loved to run away as soon as he got outside, but since we've put in the fence, he hasn't left our property once......not even when other dogs come by. The system has never given us a problem and when we did call for a new battery or questions regarding training, Tom and Kristin's response was always prompt and professional. They were also very patient and gave us the encouragement we needed with the initial training. We liked our system so much, we recommended it to our neighbors who have two dogs, one which we thought would never stay on his property , but it works great for them now as well. What a relief it is to be able to go outside and know that your dog is safe within the boundaries of your property.
